Want to submit a new ticket? Follow the simple steps below to raise\/submit a ticket at Hostvento<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to Hostvento Client Area dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Click on the Support <\/strong>icon and then click on the Tickets<\/strong> icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. This will open the Tickets <\/strong>page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Here click on the Submit Ticket <\/strong>button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Then, select the department <\/strong>for which you want to submit the ticket. There are different options like, Billing, Support, CRM, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For example, here we have selected Migrations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. The Migrations <\/strong>ticket window will open. Here your Name <\/strong>and Email Address<\/strong> is by default submitted. Mention the query in short in the Subject<\/strong> field. Also, enter the message. Explain your query in detail. You can also attach any files or screenshots of the error.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Also, from the dropdown under Urgency<\/strong>, select if your query is of Low<\/strong>, Medium<\/strong>, High<\/strong>or Critical <\/strong> Here, we have selected, Medium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Now click on the Submit <\/strong>button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You will get a message with your ticket id once your ticket is submitted successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n
