Installing Joomla! is a fairly simple and quick procedure when using the cPanel Softaculous App Installer. Softaculous is the ideal option for the majority of website owners since it allows one-click program installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Login to the cPanel.<\/p>\n\n\n

2. Navigate to Softaculous Apps Installer<\/strong> section and click on Joomla<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

3. Now, you can see the Softaculous dashboard where you can click on Install Now<\/strong> button to install Joomla<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

4. In the Joomla installation dashboard, you can edit the field named as Choose Installation URL<\/strong> to change the protocol<\/strong>, domain<\/strong> and directory<\/strong> or leave them default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. In Admin<\/strong> Account<\/strong> section, if you want to change the Admin Password<\/strong> then click on the Key<\/strong> icon and it will generate a strong alphanumeric password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note this password as you will require it at the time of login to Joomla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. In the Email installation details to<\/strong> field enter the email id where you wish to receive installation details.<\/p>\n\n\n

7. Now, click on Install<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n

8. It may take 3-4 minutes for the installation.<\/p>\n\n\n

9. Click on Administrative<\/strong> URL<\/strong> and enter username and password. Then click on Log in<\/strong> button and you will see the Joomla dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n

So in this way, you can install Joomla from Softaculous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
