Users can be added to the group after you&#8217;ve decided on its permissions as a whole. Instead of managing individual users, you may manage large groups with this strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Follow the steps mentioned below for managing user groups for your b2evolution website:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login to the b2evolution website dashboard through your administrator account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the \u2018Users\u2019 tab on the top menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now click on the \u2018user Groups\u2019 tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You can implement three actions for managing the user groups:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create A User Group<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit User Groups<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove User Groups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Create A User Group<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the \u2018User Groups\u2019 section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the \u2018Add Group\u2019 option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit the options mentioned below:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>General :&nbsp;<\/strong>You can enter the name of the new user group in this section and the level of access this group has to the administrative area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Blogging Permissions<\/strong>&nbsp;: Analyze and determine the blogging permissions for the new user group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Additional Permissions :&nbsp;<\/strong>Determine the additional permissions for the new user group like level; of access, file, stats etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>System Admin Permissions :&nbsp;<\/strong>Allow this user group to get access to the admin features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Notification Options :&nbsp;<\/strong>Set up the notification rights for the new user group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Edit User Groups<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For editing an existing user group on the website, go to the \u2018Ussr Groups\u2019 section through the admin dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A list of the available user groups will be displayed on your website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the \u2018Edit\u2019 option present next to the group that you wish to modify.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modify the details that you want to change and click on \u2018Save Changes\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remove User Groups<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For removing a user group from your website, go to the \u2018User Groups\u2019 section through the admin dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the \u2018Delete\u2019 option present next to the user group that you want to remove.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the \u2018I Am Sure\u2019 option for confirming the removal of the group and the group will be successfully removed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hostvento.com\/kb\/web-hosting\/how-to-manage-user-groups-in-b2evolution\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">How To Manage User Groups In b2evolution?<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can manage your team more easily by putting some team members in groups when you have a large number of people working on your website.
