You can also assign each member different functionalities and permissions..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here are the steps for adding employees:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login to PrestaShop; go to the \u2018Configure\u2019 section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to \u2018Advanced Parameters\u2019 and then go to the option \u2018Team\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you click on this option, you will see a page with 3 tabs : Employees, Profiles and Permissions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your current staff is listed in the \u2018Employees\u2019 tab. You can either choose to edit their data or you can add a new employee. Below that you will see the \u2018Employee Options\u2019 section, where you can setup the attributes like:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Password regeneration \u2013&nbsp;<\/strong>The allowed number of times when the password can be changed manually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Memorize the language used in admin panel forms \u2013&nbsp;<\/strong>This option enables the users to setup their own default language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to create a new employee, you will have to click on the option \u2013 \u2018Add New\u2019 and a new employee form page will be displayed. In this page you will have to fill in the following details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First name and last name of the team member or employee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User image<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email address for getting notifications and to function as an account identifier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subscribe to the PrestaShop newsletter button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Default page for setting up where the user goes first when he logs in<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active \u2013 The created account can be enabled or disabled as per your preference. This option is ideal for creating temporary accounts when they are required and you can easily disable these accounts later on<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permission profile \u2013 for setting up the access permissions granted to the user<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The next option is \u2018Profiles\u2019. In this option you can \u2018Edit\u2019 and \u2018Add New\u2019 and manage the profile names as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The third tab enables you to set the \u2018Permissions\u2019. In this tab you can see a huge list of actions that are available to certain users and you can amend these options with the ability to View, Add, Edit or Delete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You won\u2019t find the \u2018Save\u2019 option in this tab as PrestaShop automatically saves all the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The choices offered for personnel management are now full.
