1. Log in to your cPanel account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Go to the \u201cEmail Deliverability\u201d<\/strong> icon, under the Email<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n

3. If you see a \u201cProblems Exist\u201d<\/strong> warning, click on the \u201cREPAIR\u201d<\/strong> or \u201cMANAGE\u201d<\/strong> buttons. When you click on \u201cREPAIR\u201d<\/strong>, you will have to follow the settings step by step. If you click on \u201cMANAGE\u201d<\/strong> you will see all the controls on one page, used for manual configuration or copying values to your DNS zone file.<\/p>\n\n\n

4. In this tutorial, for authenticating your emails we will use the \u201cREPAIR\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong>\u00a0You won\u2019t see the\u00a0\u201cREPAIR\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button if your DNS does not point to the Hostvento server.<\/p>\n\n\n

5. In case you haven\u2019t set up any email authentication, when you click on the \u201cREPAIR\u201d<\/strong> button, you will see \u201cA DKIM key for \u2018ggexample.com\u2019 does not exist on the local server.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. After this, click on the \u201cGENERATE LOCAL DKIM KEY\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Both the \u201cSuggested \u2018SPF\u2019 (TXT) Record\u201d<\/strong> and \u201cSuggested \u2018DKIM\u2019 (TXT) Record\u201d<\/strong> fields will already contain the system\u2019s recommendations. In case there are no existing records, you can\u2019t edit the recommendations and they can only be accepted).<\/p>\n\n\n

8. To add records to the DNS zone of the domain, click on the \u201cREPAIR\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. After going back to the main Email Deliverability<\/strong> page, you should see a \u201cValid\u201d<\/strong> status (wait for a minute or two for the records to be checked).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
