Users that have root access in Webuzo can add or modify email templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Server administrators must handle and respond to several issues at once since they have a lot on their plates. These templates guarantee that users receive critical updates in a timely way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To Add\/Edit an Email Template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Log in to the&nbsp;<em>root<\/em>&nbsp;account of Webuzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Go to the&nbsp;<strong>Settings<\/strong>&nbsp;section and click on&nbsp;<strong>Email Templates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A list of email templates will appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click the&nbsp;<strong><em>pencil<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;icon under the&nbsp;<strong>Options<\/strong>&nbsp;column to edit a Template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostvento.com\/kb\/hosting-faqs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/webuzo_edit_email_template-min-1024x493.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14560\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<em>Edit Email Template<\/em>&nbsp;section will open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Enter the Subject and Content for the Email Template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: The&nbsp;<strong>Language<\/strong>&nbsp;field allows you to select the language to write the template\u2019s message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
