Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can send emails simultaneously to every WHM\/cPanel user with this interface. This feature comes in helpful when you need to alert reseller users about security issues or when your server needs maintenance and stays down for a while.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Log in<\/strong> to WHM<\/strong> through the root access.<\/p>\n\n\n

Step 2: On the Home<\/strong> page select Account Functions. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Step 3: Select Email All Users<\/strong> from the Account Functions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Step 4: Enter information in the Sender Name<\/strong>, Sender Email<\/strong>, Subject<\/strong>, and Message Body<\/strong> text boxes.<\/p>\n\n\n

Step 5:  Now scroll down to the end, select the check box Send Email to Resellers\u2019 Customers as well <\/strong>if you also need to email the resellers\u2019 customers, and click on Send.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Step 6: The page refreshes when you hit Send <\/strong>button. Till the page refreshes go through the information you\u2019ve entered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 7: To send the email, click Send<\/strong> once again. Emails have been sent!<\/em> message is displayed when the email is sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warning: It is mandatory to click on\u00a0Send<\/strong>\u00a0again to send the emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
