You have the ability to add additional user accounts to your control panel as a reseller. This post is intended for clients of reseller hosting<\/a> <\/strong>companies who utilize the DirectAdmin panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To Create a New User Account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Log in to the DirectAdmin panel with your reseller account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Get to the Account Manager<\/strong> section and click on List Users<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

3. Click on the CREATE USER<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n

4. A form will appear where you have to enter details for the user account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Username<\/strong>: The name for the user account. (Use only lowercase letters)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • E-mail<\/strong>: The email address of the user\/client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Password<\/strong>: Generate\/enter a password for the user account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Domain<\/strong>: Assign a domain with the user account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • User Package<\/strong>: Select a service package for the user\/client. You can customize the package by clicking the Customize<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • IP<\/strong>: Select the IP address of the server to host the user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    You can choose to inform your client about their new user account. Tick the Send E-mail Notification<\/strong> so that DirectAdmin can send a notification to their email.<\/p>\n\n\n

    5. After filling in all the necessary information, click the Submit<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A window will pop up, prompting that the system has successfully created the user account.<\/p>\n\n\n
