Emails with autoresponders are ones that are automatically sent to every sender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating these types of messages with DirectAdmin is simple because autoresponders are configured for individual email accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to Create an Autoresponder in DirectAdmin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Login to your DirectAdmin<\/strong> account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Go to the Email Manager<\/strong> section on the dashboard and click on Autoresponders<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

3. There will be a list with the autoresponders that are active right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> There will not be a list if it is your first time, as seen in the screenshot below.<\/p>\n\n\n

To create an autoresponder, click on CREATE AUTORESPONDER<\/strong> button on the top right side of the panel.

4. Enter your message in the Responder Message field and fill in the Responder Address, Subject Prefix, Content-Type, and Reply Frequency fields. By entering an address in the “Send a CC to” option, you can even add a CC to the email. Next, select the SAVE option located at the lower right corner of your screen.<\/p>\n\n\n

5. A confirmation message: \u201cAutoresponder created\u201d<\/strong> will be displayed and, you will see the newly created autoresponder on the list.<\/p>\n\n\n
