Configuring customer support requests
You can use WebHost Manager specify how customers should contact you with support requests. To do this, follow these steps:
- Log in to WebHost Manager.If you do not know how to log in to your WebHost Manager account, please see this article.
- In the search box at the upper left of the WHM screen, start typing cpanel, and then click Customization when it becomes visible:
- Click the Public Contact tab.
The information you provide on this tab is publicly available on your users’ domains. - In the Public Company Name text box, type the name of your company.
- In the Public Contact URL text box, type the URL for your company site.
- Click Save.
