Configuring customer support requests

You can use WebHost Manager specify how customers should contact you with support requests. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to WebHost Manager.If you do not know how to log in to your WebHost Manager account, please see this article.
  2. In the search box at the upper left of the WHM screen, start typing cpanel, and then click Customization when it becomes visible:WebHost Manager - cPanel Customization
  3. Click the Public Contact tab.
    The information you provide on this tab is publicly available on your users’ domains.
  4. In the Public Company Name text box, type the name of your company.
  5. In the Public Contact URL text box, type the URL for your company site.
  6. Click Save.
