Learn to Use a Custom Suspension Page
As a reseller, you might have to put cPanel accounts that were made in WHM on hold. You must access your customer’s account, for instance, if he wishes to stop using your services or if a script on his website is interfering with other users’ ability to use your server.
Note: You need to have WHM access for account suspension.
1. Login to your WHM account.
2. In the top-left type suspend in the search box. Then click on Web Template Editor under Account Functions.

Then in the Web Template Editor, enter HTML for your new suspension page, or modify the existing page. Once done, click on Save. Click on the Preview button below the text field to check the appearance of the Suspension page currently.
3. You can upload your own template by selecting a file and clicking on the Upload Template button. Ensure the template is in .tmpl format.

Congratulations! You have now learned to create a custom Suspension page in WHM.
