How to clear the Cloudflare cache

Estimated reading: 2 minutes 224 views

This article describes how to clear the cache in Cloudflare. You may need to do this when you want to fetch the most recent version of a file from your web site right away. For example, if you change a CSS file and do not see the new styling in your browser, you can clear the cache and force Cloudflare to get the updated file immediately.

You can clear the entire cache at once, or you can selectively clear parts of the cache.

Because Cloudflare must rebuild the cache after you clear it, site performance may temporarily be reduced.

For information about how to activate Cloudflare for your account, please see this article. For detailed information about how to configure Cloudflare settings, please see the Cloudflare documentation.Table of Contents
