Should I change my nameservers to use CloudFlare?
CloudFlare works in two modes: Basic mode and advanced mode.
Basic Mode:
With the basic mode, you do not have to worry about making changes to your name server or management of DNS records. All you need to do is to access your cPanel to enable CloudFlare – no other changes on your part required.
Advanced mode:
Only advanced users who are unable to make the redirects required for basic mode are advised to utilize advanced mode, as it necessitates altering the name servers. After the name servers have been modified, subsequent modifications to the CloudFlare-specific zone file will need to be done via cPanel.
In order to convert from advanced to basic mode after trying to add a domain, you must first delete the domain from the CloudFlare dashboard.
