To create a PostgreSQL database is a simple process. You just need to log in to your cPanel -> PostgreSQL Databases.

Enter the name of the database you want to use in the Database Name: field, then click the Create Database button. Keep in mind that the database will always prefix the chosen database name with your cPanel username.
